By creating an account or using Forosh.af, you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the rules for using the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Accepting these terms

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Give true information, do not use another person’s name, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Who can use the site

Forosh.af is a place to publish ads and connect buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell or buy the items advertised, and we are not a party to your deal. We do not hold money or goods, and we do not guarantee quality, legality, the truth of an ad, or that a deal will be completed. A deal is between the buyer and the seller.

What Forosh.af does

Posting ads is free. If a paid service is added later, its price will be shown before you buy it. Your ad must be true, and you must have the right to sell the item. Ads may be checked before publishing or after editing. We can reject, hide or remove an ad.

Posting ads

Your content stays yours. You allow us to store, display, resize and watermark it, and to show it in search and on the site’s pages, in order to run and promote the site. This permission ends when the content is deleted, although backups remain for a time and others may have copied it before then. Only publish what you have the right to use.

You must follow the rules for using the site: https://forosh.af/page/conduct . Illegal items, fraud, harassment, spam and attempts to harm the site are not allowed.

Behaviour that is not allowed

The verified badge only means we saw that person’s identity document when we checked it. It does not guarantee that the person or their goods can be trusted.

See and check an item before paying, and do not pay in advance. Meet in a busy public place. You are responsible for your decisions and deals.

Staying safe in a deal

If you break these terms, or your activity harms others or the site, we can remove content or limit or close your account. To close your own account, email support@forosh.af.

Closing accounts

The site is provided as it is. It may sometimes be unavailable, for example because of internet problems or technical work. We can change or stop parts of the site.

No guarantee

As far as the law allows, Forosh.af is not responsible for losses from deals between users, ads or user behaviour, the site being unavailable, or indirect losses. These terms do not take away any right that the law does not allow to be removed.

Limits on our responsibility

If you have a problem, email support@forosh.af first. We aim to reply within 30 days. This does not remove rights your local law gives you.

Complaints

We may change these terms. The new version will be published here, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
