Who can create an account?

Sign in, choose Add listing, pick a category, write the details and price, add photos and send it.

How do I post an ad?

Ads may be checked before they are published. You will be told once it has been checked.

Why is my ad waiting?

You will see the reason. Correct the ad and it goes back for checking.

Why was my ad rejected?

If you change the text, photos or video, it may be checked again. Changing the price or marking it as sold normally keeps the ad showing.

Is my ad checked again after I edit it?

Go to My listings and choose the option next to the ad.

How do I mark an ad as sold or delete it?

It means we checked that seller’s identity document. It does not guarantee that an item or deal is safe.

What does the verified badge mean?

Go to Settings and open ID verification. Send a photo of your tazkira, passport or driving licence and a selfie with that document. The photos are erased from the site after a decision.

How do I verify my identity?

Send a message on the ad page, or see the seller’s number if they have added one.

How do I contact a seller?

See and check the item before paying. Do not pay in advance. Meet in a busy public place and bring someone with you. Never share your verification code or password.

How do I stay safe?

Use the report option on the ad page, or email support@forosh.af.

How do I report a suspicious ad or user?

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and follow the steps.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Email support@forosh.af from your account’s email or number, and ask us to delete your account.
